So what you’re saying to me is, I shouldn’t be eating a bunch of oxidized oils, cheap grains, and low fat, fake foods for breakfast. Steak and (non hotel) eggs for us.

Hey Thomas, will you do a video break down on Antinutrients?! Oxalates, phytates, solanine, lectins, etc. I.e. something like a ranking of foods from avoid to managable in spite of. Thanks for the informed perspectives!
