Everytime he says "mitochondria" I whisper quietly, "the power house of the cell."

the crazy part is if you got a meal from McDonalds, it would have all of these in one together. And some people are consuming this on a daily basis stacked with smoking and alcohol consumption and we wonder why everyone is so sick and unwell. Sad people don’t care enough about their health because they aren’t educated of the importance. So many people could make simple adjustments and save their future selves of avoidable pain and suffering

I got one of those metal pump spray cans where you fill it with any oil you want pump it up and spray it out. Only one ingredient...well you can mix the oils but you get my point. Works great! Healthier, cheaper... just do it. Do it now!

Most seed oil is oxidised though & in nature we dont get isolated raw seed oils. So sticking to fatty ruminant meat, eggs, grassfed butter & iodised salt with heavy cream, cream cheese for those who tolerate dairy well will provide alot of energy for optimal fatty acid metabolism. Enough weekly running & some weights for good body composition will help with good Mitochondrial function & density. Cheers 😊

Saturated fats are a cofactor to protein utilization. Like vitamin D works with K2, magnesium, zinc, boron.
