When I did fasted work outs, I was at my leanest. I need to go back to that
Ive actually started fasting at night from midnight until lunchtime. somewhere along the line after the 3rd or second day of the fasting I am just no longer hungry in the morning at all anymore. I have never done it before, I did realize that we as a nation never used to eat breakfast. corporations just mashed the two words together back in the 50's that we used to explain what happens when you eat in the morning. you are breaking your fast and they made everyone believe it was necessary. al that I have I the morning is black coffee with coconut milk (to replace creamer) for the healthy fats and no toxins. its excellent. now I try for 14 and 16 hour fasts and its not hard to do when you are busy. it you get a little hungry drink a bit of water or another cup of black coffee with coconut milk the fats in it will last for hours killing any hunger pangs almost immediately
