The no 1 biomarker for how well you will age is natural hormone production. When hormones decline health and wellness declines. This is why all biohackers are on TRT to attempt to compensate for this deficit. I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Great video. Saving forever.
Just started working out at 43 due to high cholesterol and just being very sedentary. I have IBS and ADHD (both just recently diagnosed but explains a lot) and I started just trying to eat clean but it's damn hard to hit over 2000 calories in a day limiting carbs and fats especially resistance training 2 or 3 times a week. Decided to add creatine and HMB and focus on just limiting sat fats and added sugars, fruit a couple times a day and after watching another one of your videos went to the gym fasted this time and I finally had my first real noticeable after workout pump. It didn't last long, but gave me a better look at what I'm working towards. I've been a fan of 5HTP for years, prior to my ADHD diagnosis I just thought I had bouts of depressions and was just an anxious person. CBD oil and 5 HTP on and off really helped me get through the bad days. Anyways, love and appreciate all the knowledge you and your guests bring. If it wasn't for channels like this and Dr. Mike (pretty sure he's undiagnosed ADHD), I don't think I would have fallen down this rabbit hole of improving myself longterm!!
So I listen to a video of yours that was out three years ago and I’ve gotta say you can really see the growth in you as a science communicator. I have been on a streak of watching your videos daily for several months now and I’ve got to say Lately your videos have been absolutely impressive.
