Holy shit. I’ve been consuming parsley for years and I swear it has this effect. I put it on everything. I’m the leanest I’ve been in my adult life. Also if you make parsley tea it helps you release water weight and edema
How about eating it as a salad with olive oil, something called tabbouleh
If mixing the Parsley into a meal with a higher fat content is beneficial, then; Maybe blend the Parsley into a ground beef patty, before cooking it, for an enhanced Burger? 🤔

Dried parsley has the highest concentration per gram of any food source. But apigenin supplements are quite cheap and higher in concentration. The main thing to consider is that it’s fat-soluble, so don’t take it on an empty stomach or without fat.
I eat a bunch of flat-leafed parsley, finely chopped, in my salad every day. I love it.
Apigenin is also part of Huberman’s sleep stack.
