Hey, I just figured out that goal setting is failure from the get go. Become 'great habits' oriented instead
I once read an article from a psychologist about "informing" someone about their poor diets, and it said , that by doing so, you are indirectly insulting their mother/parents...people do not like to hear that and they get defensive, as you pointed out.
Airport days are great fasting days. Or, sometimes I'll just eat at the "expensive" airport restaurant, not the fast food airport restaurant. But when I'm feeling like a cheapskate then fasting is the way to go.

It’s so true that change and the commitment to change starts from within. Pulling apart yourself and why you make certain life choices is some of the most raw and viscerally unpleasant things you can do. Coming out the other side is life changing in such a positive way. Stay strong and persevere my friends!
