For everyone having difficulties to get the point: the #1 he is referring to making you die earlier is insulin. Not just because of FOXO3, which orchestrates the cells stress response. Insulin is the messenger mechanism signalling that lots of supply is coming in. That creates drastic imbalances and stalls almost every built-in repair mechanism. There are many ways to keep insulin down. Certain types and amounts of Exercise, TRF, CR, Berberine, low-carb, zero sugar, increased muscle mass,etc etc or all together. But chronically high insulin costs you easily 20y.
