I love potatoes! I have a habit of pre cooking a bunch and keeping them in the fridge... so I can snack on them throughout the week. I do the same with my pasta. I can't believe I've been staying thin by my lazy habits! Lol😮😂😊 At least I'm doing something right!❤
Seeing this now makes a lot of sense when I saw meal preps with chicken and rice burritos and thought how is all that rice not contributing to a sharp rise in glucose? Knowing what you eat and when and how to eat it is a game changer!! Thanks Thomas!
