My Mom is 85. She has Osteoporosis. She never ate high protein, or took bone broth or collagen. She's had several hip and pelvic fractures, and joint replacements. Just want to encourage everyone to take those!
I'm 68 years old, have osteoarthritis, my diet is almost identical. I'm at gym or mountain biking almost every day. Life is good.

59 here I do dumbells 4 to 5 days a week I've been intermittent fasting for 10yrs maintaining of 50lb weight loss. I feel like I'm in my 30's also own and operate childcare I've been in business 30yrs.Oh and picked up an instrument and learning to play it.This lady is my inspiration!
