Cramping is a real issue that people do not stressed enough. As a former bodybuilder/powerlifter I was using Creatine in the 90’s. I knew when I wasnt consuming enough water. We would load 10g/day for 7 days. Then 5 as maintenance. You also may experience harder stool and constipation. Do not neglect water intake.
