Every six months she says the opposite of what she just said
And I changed my mind on following these podcasts. The only thing I listen to now is my body.
I skip breakfast because I'm not hungry in the morning when I get up
I used to intermittently fast for the last few years (skipping breakfast) and switched to the last meal at 5 pm and first meal at 5 am. I work a physical job and noticed that my energy levels are generally higher throughout the day, and my cognitive facilities are more acute.
Baffles me that ppl think they’re going to whither away if they don’t eat breakfast. I used to be that guy, nowadays it just seems really silly. I would bet eating breakfast is more of a new age concept , within the last 150 yrs, get up and quick stuff your face…
I eat when I'm hungry. It's the easiest method. Sometimes it's a few times a day. Occasionally it may be 50 hours later.
True breakfast is breaking your fast....breakfast. this doesnt matter what time of the day it is.
Key is not skipping but narrowing the eating window. It’s worked a treat for me.
I research and tailor it for me. lost 130
at 4:32 she is like, "are you going to make up for that protein in later meals?" ... yes. Yes I am.
