If the owner of Bowmar nutrition is a good friend, you should encourage him to get rid of the bad fillers in the capsules. There are multiple brands on the market without all the junk, so why do they need to have Stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide?

Your videos are so much quieter and softer compared to other YouTube videos and especially the commercials and ads that interrupt your show. You might want to look into the volume. Every time an ad comes on I’m blasted, but at least I know I can skip it.😊

I was raised on a carb heavy diet. I always was hungry, or at least thinking about food, my next meal or what I wanted to eat next. The first time I knew what it was like to not be thinking about food at all, and to even fell meh about eating instead of really excited, was in my mid 40s, after I began to eat liver in my diet. I am completely convinced part of the reason we feel instated even after eating a ton of plant derived foods, either whole or processed, is nutrient deficiency. Meat based.
