I can speak from experience of being a meat eater and shifting to a pescatarian diet, not a vegan. I also eat eggs, cheese, dairy and a wide variety of seafood, always wild caught, just no land born creatures. At the beginning of my journey Beyond was a gap filler when I craved meat but I quickly realized I never felt good after eating this stuff. I thought why would I become a pescatarian to eat vegetables that have been turned into junk food and stopped. Thomas, your channel and Doctor Berg's helped me round the bend in totally cleaning up my diet. I am now a clean keto pescatarian, mixing in some intermittent and prolonged fasting. I never felt better. When I eat something that is out of my normal diet, I notice how it effects me more than ever. Thanks

I’m so thankful for your advice on healthy food now my weight has dropped so much I feel like a totally normal human again .with so much energy and all my healthy markers have changed ,so many changes from fasting correctly at 145# an 73 years young down 121 pounds 48 hr fasting, a kidney stone has vanished,leaving the doctors wondering ,good food an the fat melts away eating early day proteins has changed me to lose the last 15 pounds in just 30 days
