75 yo male here. On 6-8 mg per week Rapamycin for 9 months. My hepatic panels and lipids worsened progressively until the prescribing doctor suggested I stop. Over next 2 months bloodwork returned to pre-Rapa levels

Bryan Johnson posted on 14th Nov 2024 this on X: "I have tested various rapamycin protocols including weekly (5, 6, and 10 mg dose schedules), biweekly (13 mg) and alternating weekly (6/13mg) to optimize rejuvenation and limit side effects." So each pill was 1mg.

From what I've seen in my practice, peoples' response to Rapamcyin varies for biomarkers & PACE of aging scores, as it depends on your diet, genetics, and interactions with other interventions, e.g. it doesn't typically work well with Metformin. Also Brad, the Dunedin PACE test that Bryan's referring to is arguably is most validated & well trained clock out there.
