For women viewing this video to gain muscle and not gain a ton of weight: I was in a calorie deficit for 6 weeks and increased my protein by 30g/ day and my dexa showed fat tissue decreased 5 lbs and lean tissue increased 2lbs. I’m 5’2”. Hope this helps someone in tandem with the video

This is WHY I in my journey have experienced better muscle growth because I first had to lose the weight. I did OMAD for a couple years then started to really weight train more and my body can build tha muscle more efficiently. I see so many overweight people try to lift and they get frustrated because they dont lose a lot of weight and dont really build muscle. Fasting is the key out of obesity.
