James Hoffman is both an inspiring coffee educator-investigator-technician-philosopher and a super smart presenter. I was totally suckered by the beginning of the video--never coffee before daylight; that seems reasonable--and then the greater and greater absurdity, and then the crash and cursing and reveal of the crew at the end. Complete brilliance.

I'm new to the coffee brewing scene and was scouring YouTube for videos so I can learn. Came upon this one, had my jaw dropping at how involved some people's brewing routine can be, then burst out laughing once I realized. 🤣🤣🤣 Best video I've watched in a long time.
