It's probably the wrong approach. Don't wait for the signs that things go wrong, just do the things that prevent it.

What I go back & forth on is - what if my fasting glucose, a1c, and CGM readings are relatively high (but still just within "normal" range) but my fasting insulin and trigs are quite low. Should I be concerned?
