After listening to Berg, Berry, Paul & others. I agree with what a lot of what they say, but I go by what works for me.

According to the USDA, 100 grams of raw yellow sweet corn contains 3.43 g glucose, 1.94 g fructose, and 0.89 g sucrose. during processing High-temperature enzymes are added to metabolize the starch and convert the resulting sugars to fructose. They make 3 versions, 42% fructose for processed foods, 55% fructose for soft drinks, and 70% fructose for filling jellies

Thank you for talking about the heavy metals and mold in chocolate. I stumbled across information about that about a year ago, and contacted the manufacturer of my favorite organic roasted chocolate beans, asking about these contaminants and received no response. I contacted them 2 more times and received nothing. I quit buying their product.

I listen to Thomas, Dr. berg, and Paul to name a few. They all provide great information. When I was on Keto I ended up with kidney stones and electrolyte issues. I did animal based diet and it was definitely much better. However, I was constantly having constipation and ended up with anal fissure. So now I eat animal based with fully cooked veggies and that works for me. Lots of fermented veggies like kimchi and pickles and yogurt helped as well. We all have different blood types and lineage and gut. Food is going to be unique for everyone and it's a trial and error until you figure out your problematic foods. No diet is going to work 100% for you and it's up to you to add and take food out of your diet.

We need more people like this spreading the correct information and not misinformation

My problem with paul saladino is; while he was doing carnivore for the year(s), he was telling us how great he felt, how he's in the best health of his life, how everything is covered nutritionally and now he's saying that he had heart palpitations, poor sleep, muscle cramps? How am I supposed to trust someone who would lie about their quality of life like that and promote the diet that was causing themselves problems? Worse still he will talk about how "they said" you don't need to worry about electrolytes, just eat more! No, you said that, not some nebulous "them", he needs to claim more ownership for the information that he helped spread.

My great grandmother lived in Louisiana and grew sugar cane and would harvest it and her Jenny would walk in circles all day to grind it down and capture the juice and jar it for selling and trading And when I was a kid, the Farmer's Markets would sell it and hand out stumpy samples to passersby to gnaw on while shopping (Im 53)
