Decided after toying with it for a few years to get serious into the Wim Hof method. I recently purchased a round portable ice bath and for the last week, been doing my cold baths and breathing exercises. Been reading up on stimulating the brown fat and with my cold water exposure and keto diet, intend on creating a thermogenic fat burning machine with my body.

Could you give your opinion on rebounding in one of your videos, please?
Curious that both sauna and cold are beneficial.
On that same school of thought, heavy shivering for 15 minutes is as good as lighting weights. If you can find more info on that for a video it could be helpful

Would sleeping in shorts and a t-shirt with no blanket on a cold night in theory have similar effects as working out on cold conditions?
