I fasted for 11 days in April 2025 and all the health benefits are absolutely true as I'm trying to recover from a major car accident and this has helped more than any doctors or specialists I've seen however I did lose a significant amount of muscle

So a couple week ago you were promoting 20-30grams of carbs as potatoes or rice and honey as a way to break your 48-72hour fast - I am confused?

I break my multi day fasts with sardines. never feeling poorly after breaking a fast after making that change.
