Cook rice. Freeze it. Re-Heat it....insulin spike? Slim to none. No need for "Special rice"
Interesting. My first roommate years ago, was Persian, and she always put oil and salt in rice when cooking it.

What about the latest info about high levels of inorganic arsenic levels found in all types or brands of rice?
I'm a diabetic, tried fridge, these are all people that don't what they are talking about or do and don't care they are lying. carbs will always rise glucose, I've tried all of it.
Or you can put any rice after cooking in the fridge overnight.
