I wish he would interview more women regarding fat loss and dieting, I suspect most people watching these videos are not muscular, built men. Where are the women who struggle and successful strategies weight loss? People who are older? This informs on the ideas that are shared. Tyler below seems to think everything is black and white when for some people weight loss goes beyond the law of thermodynamics.
For a guy that destroyed his health by going full speed in training, not sleeping, always under stress and anxiety, and doing a little too much drinking, I just want to say thank you for talking about these things. Too many men and kids are looking up to some of these people who go all in and constantly need to be productive and perfect and instead end up hurting themselves in the long run. Really appreciate these convos from a fellow gym bro!
