I remember when I first started keto I initially lost about 10 to 15 pounds then I plateaued for several months. At that point I consciously increased my protein intake and I then lost another 15 pounds. Protein is critical.
Im addicted to this channel..this is some of the most interesting shit I've ever watched
VIDEO IDEA: go to a buffet. load up 3 different plates: the “traditional” division of meat, carb, veg, the “conventional wisdom” dieting division, the “actual lose fat” plate..do this at a few restaurants. Take pictures if you can’t record video.
