I thought the white powder was something else
Taking creatine with mineral salt and blending with WARM water helps with absorption.
I took creatine when younger & didnt feel a difference. But recently I started taking 1 scoop with 1 scoop of glutamine, pinch of salt, & potassium every morning and afternoon (sometimes with ACV) MASSIVE difference! I have had muscles strengthened that I didn't even know were weak, like my vocal cords! I'm 51, and my voice was weakening, getting shaky. 2 weeks in and I can sing again!!!!🙏💜✌️🤙💪🌅🍵🌌
