It’s wild that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution isn’t mainstream yet. If more people knew what’s inside, low testosterone wouldn’t be such a common problem.
10 years later, and Thomas is a legend. One of the few who admits the science changes and so does his approach. Daily videos that cover everything you need to know to live healthy. I lost 60 lbs while maintaining muscle at 50 and I learned how to do it from Thomas! Life changing content a click away…

Excellent Video!!! Walking should be added to this list!! Underrated and underutilized!
One of my professors at university was a fantastic older scientist and leader in her field who had given more than 60 years to researching the cell and she told me that even after all this time there is very little we understand and the more we find out the more complexities are unknown.
If my story can help anyone: I lost 22 kilos by adopting the simple rules of insulin control. Lighten the load on the liver, eliminate alcohol and fructose. Add GlyNAC and berberine. Always eat fiber before meals to slow the rise in blood glucose, eliminate processed carbohydrate sources, flours and starch in particular. Add protein and good fats. Never fight hunger. You have to troll the hypothalamus by making it believe in the abundance of food with fiber, protein, and good fats. Walk a lot. And lift heavy weights several times a week.
Thomas just strikes me as a good man. He believes something until he has reason to change his mind. That’s logical and a sign of a secure man. Some want to criticize him for this but to me it’s a plus. He admits when he was wrong. And the biggest of them all is that he does this without crude comments, without foul language, without sexual comments or jokes or innuendos and without attacking and criticizing others. I’m so sick of weak people always insulting others and putting them down
One of the things about aging that has impressed me is how EVENT related it is. Three days of being bed ridden is a real set back. Surgery that produced downtime takes a toll. Regrouping is essential. Life is not a straight line graph. While rest is important, sedentary is NOT an option. My 83rd BD is coming up soon. Keep on keeping on! Yes, movement matters! 🦋
Thanks For All You Do. You've truly changed the way I eat.
