My favorite foods as a small child were liver, sardines, prunes, eggs and cod liver oil.
I put together a meal plan for insulin resistance using Whole Foods, here it is for free: http://www.thomasdelauer.com/eatrealfood - The best way to adhere to something is just have a plan. This is a thank you for joining my newsletter and subscribing
To me, liver is so nasty, but boy, let me tell you, the power increase I get in my workout next day is wild.
here's how you make liver taste good, you soak it for a few hours and massage it in the water and rinse it thoroughly, cook equal parts ground beef with 2 sliced onions, lots of bbq sauce, juice of 1 lime, lots of cracked pepper, 2 cloves garlic, a few tbsp gelatin powder if you have it, only add in the liver in at the end and I cut it up in the pan better to have cast iron, add fresh herbs of some kind basil cilantro rosemary at the end, this is actually really good I know liver has a strong taste but this is how you do it proper and enjoy it
There were reports a few years ago that glutamine can cause cancer.
Thank you for your researched wisdom
