I can't get it out of my head that fasting isn't optimal. My body feels so much better on intermittent fasting. I'm going to continue it.
I skip dinner 2x a week. I sleep better. Feel better. Sunday, sweat and exercise. Fast a lot. And live by your videos! At 56 in A LOT better shape than 99% if people younger than me! 🌞 Feel great! Thank you!

Walking barefoot on the beach is one of the most pleasant experiences, especially if there’s a nice sunset or sunrise!
Did some grounding this morning. If you take a second to think about the fact that we used to be connected to the earth at almost all times and now we almost never are, there's microbiome in dirt, we absorb things through our skin (just like we do with the sun)... it should just be common sense. Same with the sun, we went from out in it all the time to almost never for some people. Nature is not a place we go, we are a part of it and we've lost that. The more we go toward it, the better we feel and the healthier we are. The more we go the other way... we've seen the disaster that has caused.

You can crack a window at night, but I prefer to grow spider plants indoors because, unlike most plants, they release oxygen at night and purify the air.
Love this. So over feeling like a weirdo for walking barefoot, doing breathwork, taking a nap when stressed, eating lots of meat, red light therapy. Yes let’s go back to the ways our ancestors did it to the best we can😊 Oh I also do sprints and walks a lot! Need to fast more though.
