30-Day Protocol to Radically Lower Systemic Inflammation

Implement this targeted dietary and lifestyle framework, leveraging evolutionary eating patterns and specific compounds, to significantly reduce systemic inflammatory markers within 30 days.

Short Summary

  • Adopt a restrictive baseline diet (carnivore-like) to eliminate potential dietary triggers for acute inflammation management.
  • Integrate powerful external modulators like Pomegranate polyphenols (Urolithin A) and anthocyanins for cellular repair.
  • Supplement strategically with Curcumin and Magnesium to directly enhance the body's endogenous antioxidant systems.
  • Optimize physical activity by prioritizing Zone 2 cardio over heavy lifting to maximize anti-inflammatory myokine signaling.
  • Utilize brief thermal therapy (heat/cold cycling) to directly dampen acute immune system responses stemming from the gut.

This guide outlines a comprehensive 30-day intervention designed to aggressively modulate inflammation based on recent clinical data. We start by establishing an ultra-clean dietary base and then layer in highly evidence-backed supplements and specific lifestyle adjustments that target cellular stress and immune signaling. This multi-faceted approach is designed to achieve rapid, measurable results in lowering inflammatory load.

I have an autoimmune condition and I know that when I eat about 80 percent protein and not much white flour , then even better only eat once a day I feel about a million times better and my inflammation is not symptomatic at least. It’s funny cause this is a the exact opposite of what I was told to do from all my doctors and specialists. Weird

The no 1 biomarker for how well you will age is natural hormone production. When hormones decline health and wellness declines. Sarcopenia arrives loss of bone density and reduced activity levels along with cognitive decline poor moods and increased stress. This is why all biohackers are on TRT to attempt to compensate for this deficit. I went from 334 to 960 in around three months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. I am happy to engage with your channel. You have saved me lifetimes of research hours because you have already done the work! I have really complex psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. In 2016 I was bitten by a brown recluse 6 times. My rheumatologist said the bites turned my immune system into the Death Star. Needless to say, suffering motivates one to try new ideas! New research has gut health plays a enormous role in the severity of disease, specifically cytokine proliferation and T-cell activation. The dysbiosis can trigger an immune response, leading to the heightened release of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-23, IL-17, IL-22, and TNF-α, which are key drivers of psoriasis pathogenesis. In this video you spoke to the impact Omega 3's have on TNF-a and my face lit up! I am also diligently adding bone broth and looking at the microplastics protocol to help with permeability. I have been adding more 'good' saturated fats to my diet (on a whim) and my skin is markedly happier! Ok, you are 2 for 2. I type this to engage with the channel but also to show you that you are helping a specific person in a very specific way. You are right about your followers trusting you. I certainly do. So, thank you, sincerely. You minimize my 'suffering' and have on more than a few occasions. Up until now, I thought that commenting without having anything to really say, was in some way, taking up your time. But now that I know it benefits you and the channel, I will babble up a storm! Thank you for your efforts, you have helped me tremendously and I am thoroughly convinced you will do so again in the future. Peace Out. Lee
