I was always tired, always sick, and no doctor could tell me why. This book called The Real Health Secrets broke things down in a way that made SO much sense. I wish I found it sooner.

I have done intermittent fasting for years. I recently dropped it for my first ever bulk in my mid-40s. I'll never drop it again. I hated the way I felt, and six months later, I'm still trying to get back to the way I looked.
My perfect fasting schedule is 18:6 and I eat from 12:30-6:30. Black coffee and water outside of my eating window. I eat a high protein lunch to break my fast...at an average of 90grams. I then eat around 40-50grams of protein at dinner. I'm never hungry. 45 years old and this works for me. I train every other day with weights. This changed my life since I started this about 10 years ago.
I'm so put off by Michaels. She loves to hear herself.
Since discovering Thomas in about 2019 I think that the most important thing I’ve learned about nutrition and exercise is that our bodies are way smarter than I ever gave them credit for.
