The best exercise for burning visceral fat is Zone 2 aerobic exercise that is high enough to get you breathing deeply but never high enough to make it hard to talk or sing a few lines of song. If you keep moving into higher zones it can tire you out and switch on a cortisol response that can become chronic, stopping visceral fat loss fast. It just so happens that the fun exercise called REBOUNDING keeps you perfectly within that Zone 2 window.
just finished studying the video! thank you for this! long but SUPER HELPFUL and packed with alpha! I’ve been doing a lot of walking but stopped training jiujitsu (3 month without it) and also stopped lifting weights. Gotta get myself back on those two 🙏🏼👊🏼
